Not interested in resolving customer complaints

This must be the only company not interested at all in resolving customer complaints. First they dont even bother to respond to all complaints on HelloPeter but no point in appraoching their so-called customer services directly either - not sure why they have them. Not even sure why people are still using these *******. Quoted me R462 for a two-day car rental and then deducted R3500 from my account! My complaints to their pathetic customer services team have fallen on deaf ears and their only responses have so far been that the quote was R3500 even though i emailed them my proof (an email confirmation from AVIS for R462!) - everyone refuses to answer why the quote is R462 and their are charging R3500. Pathetic!
