Non fulfilment of obligation

I made a reservation for the 30 November 2015.Then I was told I will receive a call after 48 hours which did not happen.I then called after a week then I was given a reservation number.On the day of collection I had challenges which were fixed then I paid my deposit and I was promised the trailer will be delivered before 8 o'clock.The trailer was not delivered and I did not even get an apology till today.if you want car rental PLEASE GUYS AVOID AVIS THE ONLY THING THEY WILL GIVE YOU IS VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!!!
