How do you guys work??

how is it that you guys have charged my card for a non-cancellation fee of 400 ZAR when i phoned in to cancel the reservation, what makes you think you have the right to go into peoples account at will??

You messed up my rental earlier this year and i kept calm because of some nice people i came into contact with, fact that i didnt blow this of the roof done mean im afraid of you guys, this is the second time you have gone into my account at will to take money that dont belong to you.
