No Thanks Avis
Rented car for 3 days. My insurance paying yet they charge me R2000 deposit. Then after I return car charge another R729.45 the next day !! for what ? I called They couldn’t tell me. But said I would get a refund of both in 10-14 days. *** ? Crazy. Why keep my funds for 10-14 days? Why these fees when my insurance is paying everything?
Avis taking 10 days - keeping funds - in this “Cash send “ day and age is not acceptable!! Wake up !!!
At least the delivery person who brought the was understood and kind.
