No service

Our vehicle insurance company made arrangements with Avis for car rental. I wanted to extend the car hire but the branch in Rustenburg has not been answering their telephones so I phoned the call centre. The lady was not helpful in any manner and I then asked to speak to somebody in their customer care department to lodge a complaint and was told Avis does not have a complaints department. I guess that explains why there are not any responses from Avis and only bad reviews!
