No resoonse!

It is with utter disappointment that I made a reservation with what is considered to be one of the largest car rental companies in South Africa. It is not reassuring to know that you cannot get hold of anyone when necessary. Even though there is an emergency number, they cannot assist with an administrative emergency. The call centre operates within office hours and the emergency operator requested me to again call the *** number for the airport branch and wait for an agent to take the call. No branch contact details are listed anywhere either. When holding, no agent responds to the call at the branch, which is very frustrating, knowing that they are on duty and open. I would hate to know how international visitors experience this level of service, especially at the airport branch - the first impression of our country. I suppose they then also simply contact another company, who is prepared to assist?
