NO REFUND WAS DONE

avis reservation ********** 6ZA5 - i rented a car in June and was given a quote for the whole month from 18/06/2018 until 18/07/2018 however I returned it a week later . I called in and requested the refund and was informed that the money was put back . This was not done and in fact an additional amount of R309 was debited from my account .
