No refund on deposit

Avis's services is up to no good I would never 've recommend the company not even to my worst enemy they are too quick on taking their money but never return what is yours and in short they don't follow their own contract \breach of contract"I am very unhappy with this company they holding close to R10000 on my funds and their customer service is useless. They busy telling me to call my bank as if they are the ones who took money from my account and on the bank statement is shows that you have purchased so much from avis this is upsetting.
