No Refund of reserved deposit money!!

<p>Had a 2 month mini Lease with Avis in September. Over 2 months an amount of R42466.00 was deducted from my account. R9700.00 is still owed to me, as Avis "reserves" amts on your account and then invoice and deduct more money from your account. Been fighting with FNB and Avis, both are blaming the other for the money that has not reimbursed into my account. Avis informed me to send a claim of ***** against FNB as they "have the money" . Have put a card dispute claim in for the money, still no avail. Surely this cannot be right and legal if so mant people are complaining about Avis? how many people have been ********** and monies taken, but just never thought to complain. To me, its theft or ***** and not leagal? So angry, been R10000.00 in the red since SEP 2016.!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
