NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER 3 MONTHS

My insurance company arranged for a car to be rented for me for 10 days (11 July - 21 July 2017). An amount of R1 344.79 was debited against my credit card which I paid.

I have been begging Avis for a refund and get no response except for their "automated response" giving me a reference number and that is the end of the story. I need my money to be reimbursed to me. They are arrogant and ******** and totally inefficient.
