No Refund, No Communication

I returned my rental car on 20 November, and to date (12 December) I still haven’t received my refund. I was clearly told it would take 10 working days from the date of return. That deadline has long passed, yet there’s been no refund, no updates, and no accountability from your side.

I’ve followed up multiple times, and all I’m getting is delays and vague responses. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I expect my refund to be processed immediately.
