No Refund issued

Good day,

I rented a car with AVIS 29-30 March 2018. I received an invoice amounting to R986.86 for the rental fee and it was deducted on my credit card. a Holding fee of R5000 was also frozen on my account and was cleared aftrer the car was returned. N now avis deducted and maoung of R2812.56 and said its for a holding fee, but then its shows on my account that it was debited and the bank can not release it as it is not pending.

i sent numerous emails and calls and said its a pending amount and will be released in 2days or i must call bank to release it.

i called the bank and told me the amount is with AVIS account and therefore they must refund me the R2812.56.

Hope i get an answer soon
