NO REFUND IF VEHICLE RETURNED SOONER

<p>Our family flew up to KZN and booked and PAID <strong>upfront</strong> for a 2 week rental from BUDGET rentals. We unforruntaley had to cut our holiday short due to an emergency back at our home in Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>We returned the vehicle 5 days sooner. When we arrived at the BUDGET/AVIS drop-off area we asked the attendant if we must go in an notify BUDGET/AVIS that we returning the vehicle early, and he said no, .."it will all be taken care off.."</p> <p> </p> <p>I just called AVIS/BUDGET to ask them what ammount I can expect to be refunded, and the agents comment was.. " sorry we do not refund you if you return the vehicle sooner.."</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really unexeptable and as far as I am concerned, <strong>**********</strong>. How can you take money from me for a service not redered to the agreed extend.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOT HAPPY and will NEVER use AVIS/BUDGET again.</p> <p> </p>
