No Refund from Avis

I booked the car from 25 to 29 November 2015. i returned with no damages and comp**** to all their requirements and the guy that checked the car confirmed that everything is fine i can expect my deposit within 7 days. 10 days later i still haven't got my money back. instead they debit my account again on the 04 Dec 2015. i made several inquiries with no luck. now they telling me check with my bank, for what because i can see that the money hasn't been paid yet?<br> <br> Poor service from Avis. i will never recommend anyone to use avis. never!
