No refund after 32 days

The website says auth hold may take up to 30 days for some banks. Maybe there is something I am missing but, 32 days after the rental and still no deposit refund.

3 stars because of the free upgrade at King Phalo airport. However, I see now that I am paying for it now by waiting a business month for a refund.

Thank you for contacting us,

Please note that when your holding deposit is released by your bank, this will not come back as credit into your account but fall back on your available balance.

We have confirmed with your bank and they advised that the holding deposit was already released and made available for you to use.
