No refund after 2 weeks

<p>I rented a car with Budget/Avis two weeks ago and I was promised refund after at least four days, it's been two weeks, even my statement was promised to be emailed after 48 hours, I had to go to the branch myself to get it. It's been two weeks no refund and I need my money now I have to borrow money from people for my everyday leaving as it's the middle of the month and I can see the money on my account but it's not been released. Their customer service is poor as I have emailed and called them countless times I'm out patience now</p>
