NO REFUND A MONTH LATER!!!!!!

Firstly I should say the staff @ the Milnerton branch have been great with the whole experience of getting the car, returning the car etc. Paid my deposit on the 04/09/2018. A month later and after numerous calls to the customer service help line and them referring me to contact my bank. Still on the 05/10/2018 I have not received my refund. This is extremely frustrating as I did not take this long to pay AVIS to get the car. Please can someone tell me when can I receive my refund!!!!!!!.
