NO REFUND

Booked a car for a weekend. Returned in perfect condition. Im still waiting for my refund. i dont know how many agents weve spoken to who spin the "we'll call the bank to release the funds" every damn time its the "within 2 days" promise! For crying in a bucket! can you fulfill the full service and stop ******** people! Never hiring a car from Avis again. I thought i was choosing a reputable company, joke is on me i guess.
