No integrity!!! Falsely accusing me for minor scratches on rented vehicle that did not come from me. (Agreement number: ***)

I rented a vehicle from Avis, Menlyn, Pretoria - Monday to Friday (today). When I returned the vehicle this morning the lady that helped me saw very minor scratches, the inspector (Jerry) mentioned to her that the scratches was there when I received the vehicle on Monday – then the lady and Jerry spoke in a language that I unfortunately do not understand – and after that their story changed to the marks was not there and I caused it. I know for a fact I did not cause those scratches, when I signed for the vehicle I would never have looked so low on the bumper to notice those scratches. I am very disgusted with their poor/nonexistent integrity standards – falsely accusing a customer of scratches they for a fact know was there when I received the vehicle, this should be investigated as soon as possible as this is ********* behavior.
