No inspection was done

I rented a car with avis mahikeng on 26 July 19 and I returned it today on 31 July 19. The official who was assisting me she did not do inspection with me wen I rent vehicle. She confirmed that vehicle is in a good condition. Unfortunately I did not suspect anything. Today when I return vehicle she showed me dent. The dent on the vehicle that was never checked initially before. She told me to write a statement regarding dent and I refused to write anything because I did not do anything because no inspection was done. I informed the manager pertaining the matter and he told me that proper investigation Wil be done and he will contact me before the end of the business today. I did not receive his feedback. Regarding the matter. Kindly closed the contract ASAP and compensated my refund.
