No Holding Deposit Refund
No holding deposit refund! It's been a month now and NO solution given. I have not received my deposit for rental that took place on the 2nd of June 2021 - 28 June 2021.
I've rented the vehicle through my insurance Outsurance from the Avis Kathu Northern Cape Branch Rental Agreement :E*********01
I've been Calling everyday speaking to more than 3 different people escalating me on every call made!
No resolution even after being on the line for more than 2 hours every day of this week! just saying we will send you an email and still NOTHING received!!
