No fund release
I was busy writing a good review for AVIS when I was informed that they would be holding my deposit.
When I picked up the car I checked the wheels and tyres because I know that is generally an issue. Nothing was damaged and it was fine.
We took the car back yesterday and they said that the bumper is damaged underneath. I was told to write that it was not checked before we took the car because we didnt check the bumper.
However, we did not drive over anything, it never sc****d on anything and last night I received the email saying they would not be releasing the funds.
I am now disputing this because I feel like R2500 is alot for some small scratch that we did not even create. We didnt do it. To my knowledge nothing happened.
I find it quite unfair and dishonest from Avis to try this trick on me.
