No feedback and getting extremely annoyed

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I've called and emails numerous times about the holding deposit. Yes I know we hit a pothole but 3 weeks and no response from anyone regarding the procedure in fixing the damage and how much deposit we are receiving back. We took out tyre Insurance. Seems like no one there actually knows what's going on. You just take money and then make it the clients problem to get it back. I want someone to contact me back today or I will be getting my lawyers involved! </span></p>
