No disclaimer shown for refund charge on prepaid

Hi,<br> <br> I have made a reservation on the 30.05.2015 to 31.05.2015, REF ***5za6, which I later cancelled before my trip and this reservation I prepaid Avis car rental.<br> <br> An amount of R505.00 was reserved for this booking at a time of application online, and the money was put aside by my and Avis, i then later cancelled the reservation and requested my refund, which I e-mailed on the 29.05.2015 to Prepaid Reservation Projects [Email Removed] the following Monday on 01.06.2015 an amount of R505.00 was again taken from my bank account totaling to R1010.00.<br> <br> I then received an e-mail stating that i will only receive R205 and a R300 is a cancellation fee of which i never used their services and that the disclaimer is not shown on the reservation before making a prepaid transaction that should you decide to cancel I will be charges R300.00 and the other R505.00 which was also re-debited on my account.
