No Deposit Refund - 6 weeks already

It's now been a month and two weeks and still I have not received my cash deposit back. I gave back the vehicle clean and a full tank of petrol. I have been e mailing them almost every day and their excuse is the paid it over, funny how a bank transfer can take almost 2 months to clear! Do not rent with this company they intentionally hold back your deposit with no reason. I am a single mother whom needs the money to live, the clearly do not care about your situation.
