No deposit payout!!

On 5th of August i hired a vehicle via my insurance. I paid a R1500 deposit that I was supposed to get back. On 11 September Avis refunded about 80 rands.?Even after i filled the car up with fuel on my way to Avis. It cost me R750. According to Avis there was n scratch on the right side mirror.. which by the way was not caused by me. The lady that done the vehicle check when they booked the vehicle out did not note the scratch on the mirror. This is really nonsense i want my money by the end of tomorrow
