No deposit paid back after a month

<p>I rented a vehicle from Avis in Pretoria on 29 May 2017. To date I have not received my deposit back which amounts to almost R 3000-00. Most people cannot afford to go without this money after they promised to pay back my money within 10 working days which is unnaccpetable as I pay the money upfront for the car hire as well as the deposit before I am allowed to take the vehicle. Yet when I want my deposit back that was paid in good faith I do not get any service at all. They then blame the bank and tell me to contact my bank if I want my money back. Someone help!!!!!!!!</p>
