No deposit and no one can answer

I am struggling to get my deposit back. No one answers the phone and there was a lady that confirmed my deposit will be in my account within 7 days its almost 2 weeks... People it's easy to rent from them. But they dont give deposits back.. R2600 gone.. They refusing to contact me or refund me...
