No customer service from avis

Aivs has the worst customer service guys make sure before paying that you will receive the holding deposit back they ask wen you rent a car they take for ever i rent a car on the 4 December 2021 and return the car 28 December 2021 it 19 January 2020 still waiting for refund just check them out they are not good in customer promise to call back after following up with there head office still waiting for call back or feedback 7 case lodge please check first

I keep sending things to aivs i visti avis 3 time for the same problem pop is not my problem my problem is my refund were a manager informed me that he will make sure i ge my refunds so i have to run up and down for payment this is not customer service y don't you guys call people back after promise i am working for my money not paying so i need my money back

I filled out the pop from avis guess wat u habe to wait a nother 15 work days guys please let dis be a lesson to you guys check and ask first before booking whit this guys to take cash from people they fast i was informed that when i retun the car i will wait for 7 working days i am waiting from 28 December 2021 still waiting waiting for refund as the know saying 15 days to infections how is it possible when they have my money before taking a car from dis guys make sure you have proof of the guus that help u saying refunds are 7 working days after the return of the car never again will i rent a car from them my brother is still waiting for his refund as its in 2018

I called them yesterday guess wat they don't know the manager that promise he will call me back Monday but they have 1 manager in Frances braad in Pretoria he will make seur i will be refunded as wen he call me back he will call me whit a selosion lol guess he was saying all this **********to not let others hear me in there shop.... This is not understandable as not 1 avis represents is calling me back i send emails i keep talking to deferend people not 1 calls back after promise they will

HI Johnathan, we really sorry for all this inconvenience caused to you. We have been experiencing technicalities regarding our refund system, unfortunately this has been causing a delay in many of our customers receiving their refunds.  In your case delay was even longer, as your refund was not duly processed as it should have been during the first week of January, this we are investigating as why it did not take place and as soon as we have the information, we will forward it on to you.
