No customer service

I was unable to use my booking during Lockdown. When I eventually got through to someone about getting a credit or refund. I was told that I should cancelled in time. When I tried to explain that there was no contact details working for them during lockdown. I was ignored. All my future mails were ignored. Very sad as I have always used Avis for car rentals.
