No Consistancy

<p>Avis when you rent a car they maake sure that they get they deposit but when its time to refund you back they tell you stories, I have been waiting for my refund only yesterday they tell me that they are escalating the matter to my Bank, *** were they witing for all along ? for me to call ? what if I didnt call ? what bull**** is this ? I want my money and I want it today</p>
