NO BOOT COVER

Received a Ford Figo on 18/07/2019 and gave it back 31/07/2019. We did the inspection and I luckily had a witness with me. The car was a Ford Figo and it did not have a boot cover. I am now being harassed by Avis that there should be a boot cover. Pray tell what I would do with a boot cover only.
