I am trying to phone Avis Ontdekkers ********** 345 Forever engaged and then it just rings forever They have debited my mastercard account on Nov 25 with R212 FOR WHAT.!!!

I am STILL Waiting for my key deposit refund of R1350 will that happen

Please assist me as soon as possible.!!!!!!!!!!!!
