Nightmare experience,

My insurance arranged for a rental vehicle for me from Roodepoort Avis whilst my vehicle went in for repairs. I have never experience such hostile behavior from any personnel at any service provider. They complain about you at their head office and when you confront them about what they have said, they bluntly deny it. I arranged telephonically on Saturday for the vehicle to be collected today. When I phoned this morning to confirm the collection time for today, I spoke to the same lady with whom I arranged the collection. She advised me that I did not confirm collection. Unbelievable!!!! Still does not know at what time I can expect them. They delivered the vehicle to my work address and now suddenly she does not know that same must be collected again and from where. Rude *********** staff. Stay away, you will regret ever making use of their services.
