New Year hangover

<p>I am trying to arrange a 60 day rental of an Avis car but cannot do it online - I have to visit a branch.</p> <p>One small problem - I am in Dubai at the moment.</p> <p>After endless phone calls somebody eventually answered the phone at Hatfield Avis! New problem - Avis Hatfield cannot arrange such a rental over the phone. For that I need to phone a Jo'burg number.</p> <p>Twenty four phone calls later the phone connected with an answering machine telling me to send an e-mail.</p> <p>Guys, I am arriving in 2 days time and I just want a repeat of a previous contract that worked well!</p> <p>How can I wake you from your New Year hangover to get some service? </p>
