NEVER use AVIS South Africa.

I have experienced disgusting service with AVIS and will never use them again. Firstly after being reassured of all the costs involved, multiple extra charges were added to my final bill that were never mentioned prior or explained to be paid add ons. AVIS then charged me for an extra day of rental stating I returned the car at 9pm when I actually had at around 6pm as I had a flight to catch. When I emailed to explain proof of my flight and that it was to land at 9pm and that the over charge was an error NO ONE followed through. I have emailed and contacted the call centre 3 times over the last 4 months, polietly waiting, each time people telling me it's been escalated and will be sorted, each time NOTHING occurring. Still waiting with absolutely no contact from them unless I call and STILL nothing happens.
