NEVER TO USE AVIS AGAIN

GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

On 2/1/2019, I took a car at Avis and a hold was put on my credit card for the amount of R4164.00. I returned the car on 7/1/2019, and was billed on my credit card on 11/1/2019 for an amount of R1419.96.

Till today the hold on my card has not been removed!!!!!

I phoned on 14 and 16/1/2019, spoke to Bongani and Lerato about this but was not helped in any way.

I never book a car at Avis, and now the one time I use Avis I get ****py service.

It is 10 days after I returned the car and still the hold is on my account!

I want the hold on my account to be removed today!!
