NEVER RENT FROM AVIS!!!

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. I rented a mini-lease from these amateurs from Nov 2018 to Feb 2019. In that period I had the investigations guy at my door TWICE because the person who captured my renewal did not update the actual rental. I should have cancelled the whole thing the first time it happened!!!!! When I'd finally had enough and decided to return the car I was charged R1600 the day before and an additional R6500 the day I returned the car. I was told that this was because their billing was a month. This made NO SENSE to me since the monthly rate for the car was supposed to be R6200. It's been a month since I returned the car and TODAY I WAS CHARGED R9000 ON MY CARD. I received no call prior to this and neither have I authorised this THEFT of my money. As if that was not enough, THEY HAVE YET TO RETURN the over R10k deposit i paid for the car back in November!!!! This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever received and I DEMAND that my money be refunded IMMEDIATELY. I tried to call the call centre but they said I should call back "during working hours" . FUNNY how they were able to ROB me outside of those same working hours!!!!!!!
