Never rent a car from Avis Menlyn
My daugther rented a car through Avis on 1 June 2026 as I chose the rental option with my insurance, Outsurance. She returned the car on 12 June 2026. To date, her deposit has not been paid back to her. I went to the Avis Menlyn branch two times, was promised that it was going to be paid into her bank account within the next 3 days, but nothing happened. I am now following up with the Customer Department with Avis directly, but still not luck.
