NEVER MAKE USE OF AVIS AGAIN!!!! R2000 GONE

Car was rent from Avis Hatfield Chev Spark (Registration no HJG118EC) White. My own car went for repairs . I received a call from the panelbeaters on 20 April 2015 at 16:20 that my car is ready. I told the lady of the panelbeaters I will come and fetch my car tomorrow morning, I'm already home from work. I told her also it will be between 8 / 9:00AM. I phoned my insurance company immediately to confirm that I'm going to fetch my car tomorrow morning and if it will be okay that I leave the Avis vehicle with the panelbeaters. The lady from Outsurance confirmed that it will be no problem. Nor the lady from Outsurance or Avis ASKED / CONFIRMED what time the swop of the vehicles will be at the panelbeaters. So I left the Avis vehicle with Silverton Panelbeaters 8:30 on the 21 April 2015, checked by myself / Silverton Panelbeaters. No scratches or dents. Because I knew that there is no money for repairing somebody elses car or Avis took R2000.00 OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. But what a hectic surprise , Avis arrived at the Panelbeaters at 12:00am on 21 April 2015 to let me know there is a dent on the car. This was just a story to keep my deposit and to took further money from my *** GONE
