Negligence

A lot of times when I leave the car keys in the car while its still ideling to lock the gate when I'm from work or going to work, the car has never locked me out. It locked me out on my Sunday shift and I called the Avis road side assistance. When I return the car today I'm told I owe a fee of +-500. I will not pay that amount as the car locked the key inside not me. I filled up pertrol but a bar short to make it full tank. I have lest the slips with the guy at Avis, I wanted to speak to the manager Carol Ndlovu for ever in a meeting the whole 2hours I waited at avis pathetic excuse. I will not fill it up by another R50. The car was ideling for over 1:30 minutes I want my petrol to be replaced not in cash but petrol. I will not pay call out fee which your car neglectibly locked the car keys in all this time it was not doing that. I was called by a lady today after numerous calls she said she will call the branch and get back to me. MM Ntlele
