Motor car accident

Hi.

I was involved in a motor car accident on the 14th of November 2017.

The car involved was an Avis Rental.

Aftet a few emails they stopped replying to me.

So on the 11th December 2017 i drove to Avis head office.

I was approached in a very polite and friendly way. I explained who i am and he then went to call a lady called Lee Stone. Lee approached me in a very different manner. More aggressive.

Lee asked me a few things and if i rep**** the i was shot down. Lee then went and called a guy called Loutjie. The claims manager. They took me to the lounge. Cause they dont have any private place to talk.

I was humiliated infront of everyone in the lounge. Lee shot me down if i tried to talk. Think Lee was offended when i requested that she work on her client services s****s..

But from the moment i saw Lee and how she approached and talked to me that my 3rd party claim will be declined.

I pray that this would be an eye opener for the upper management and people renting cars and the fine print on yout insurance. Cause they will find any wat and say anything not to pay.

Even said that there client was under the influence of alcohol. Now something else.

I have seeked legal advice and we will be taking this matter further.
