Most embarrasing day of my life

I was never so embarrased in my life. Booked a car with Avis. Extended my stah in Cape Town. I was at a nail appointment and my family went for lunch. On their wah back to the car There was a squad of people who started asking where ghe drover oc the car was ? when i was called there was commotion in the background. when i was pug on the phone the man said He was from the investigations devision amd ghat ghey were taking the car in the middle of town. I asked him how when i had extended my stay and car hire. He said even if i call Avis the wont overide his decision and thag he qas cancelling the contract. I called the call centre no response. the Airport office no response and when j gog to where my familh was theh were gone with the car. an hour later go ttrhough the call centre nobody could help me other than R200+ owing yet there were funds frozem fof the booking and extention thereafter the call centre agent promised to call back and none of that happened until the call centre closed.
