More than a month still waiting for my refund

Today marks a month since I returned the rental vehicle to Avis Sandton and I'm still yet to receive my refund. No feedback nor call to advise on the reason for the delay.

Thank you for contacting us.

Please be advised that the refund was previosuly rejected. However, upon receiving youe bank confirmation letter, it was reprocessed and sent to the bank yesterday for payment.

The funds should therefore reflect back into your account within the next 2-3 business days.

We humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
