Monopoly complacency
Must say the low ratings are definitely warranted.
Rented a vehicle for 5 days - returned the vehicle within the agreed time period - then received a bill at the end of the month for 18 Days rental amounting to almost R17 000 which they happily billed my credit card (3 times the amount of the original rental agreement)
Have spent the best part of a day trying to get this rectified and get a refund - but have just been pushed between pillar and post and being put on hold. Still no closer to getting an acknowledgment of the error - nor a timeframe for re-imbur*****t for the taken funds.
Not even a simple apology from the branch or explanation to the mistake they made.
Typical case of monopoly complacency.
