Money taken without informing me

<p>I hired a car from Avis Cape town i had to ask the agent questions and explain stuff to me then they debted me 3 times the price and didnt answer my calls to inform me when will be money be deposited back ive been calling them the whole week and no answer it just rings and plays music.</p>
