Money charged

<p>i hired an Avis car rental through my insurance provider. I returned the car within 4 days, with a full tank and had no damages on the car. I showed the consultant that the car was returned as is, as I had taken pictures before and after. I am not supposed to be charged anything as per my insurance package. I have now been charged R457 without being notified why. And I comp**** in every way possible. I am very disappointed in how this process has been handled because I called the company repeatedly to ensure I would not incur any charges!! This is extremely upsetting!!!!</p>
