Misplaced car reservation
I had reserved a car on booking reservation number 1***-ZA-5 with Avis but when I arrived at the consultant on duty at Cape Town Airport branch on 02 November she told me that the booking was "not on their system". This is not what you want to hear just after 10 in the evening. Had to find an Uber to assist me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience with Avis.
