Misleading service plans from Avis on car purchased from them
Bought a car from Avis with a maintenance plan which clearly states 72 months now they say the plan starts from the year of first registration not when I bought the car , even thought the sticker in my service book clearly states that the plan is still valid . Shocking service from Kgadile Mathabegoane

10 Oct 2022, 15:13There has been no resolution of this he simply says that the plan runs from first date of registration, in the meantime I have called 2 different avis salesman and they both told me that the maintenance plan runs from the date that I purchased the vehicle. Which corresponds with the date that was written in my service plan book. 26/04/2023 which avis is now disputing
