Misleading information
I'm writing this review for the second time within the same month. I called on Tuesday with regard my deposit because according to Avis they dont debit the deposit they put a hold to it until the car is returned. To my surprise when I went to my bank today the money was debited not on hold. I see why people are complaining and still waiting for their deposits to be released for ages. I was told that they did message the bank to release the money what a strategy . I need my deposit back.

19 Dec 2024, 17:21What do u mean the money is available for me to use. I just checked my balance the money is not even reflecting to my account. I have send my proof to gift already that the money was debited. The only thing I need is my money . I will never make use of your company because they ate lying to us whare is the money.

20 Dec 2024, 13:09I think I'm tired of been sent back and forth.You can say whatever I'm coming from the bank and the authorization department was called infront of me. The thing i was fooled from the start. Nedbank called only today to ask if the money was on hold. The bank did not receive any email stating that my money must be released. Your nedbank consultant Shakira if I'm right was the one who called. The bank wants you to send an email stating the realesed of my funds . My deposit wont reflect and made available to me without the email from Nedbank.

My deposit wont reflect and made available to me without the email from Nedbank.
